Telehealth
Telehealth appointments are now available. These appointments work much the same as face to face appointments, only that a video or phone call is used to deliver the service.

Technology Requirements
In order to participate in video calls you will require

  • a computer with microphone and speakers (or headset), and camera,
  • reliable internet connection,
  • a modern web browser (Google Chrome is recommended)
  • an active email account.

Video conferencing is initiated through our practice management software (www.zanda.com). It runs in your web browser and uses your computer's camera and speakers to deliver the video call. At the start of the session you may be prompted to allow Power Diary permission to use your camera and microphone. This is a standard request and needs to be granted in order for the video conference to work.

Privacy and Security
Power Diary's video conferencing platform is compliant with Australian Privacy and Security Standards.
